Mozaic Concierge Living is the first Life Plan Community developed by Mozaic Senior Life, a long-standing senior services provider based in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Located on a 15-acre site along the Rippowam River in the heart of Stamford, the community offers a sophisticated approach to senior living in one of Fairfield County’s most desirable locations.

The community will feature spacious independent living residences, personalized service and an extensive collection of dining, wellness, social and recreational amenities. Residents will also have the security of LifeCare contracts and access to assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing services within the community as their needs evolve.

Greenbrier Development serves as developer and marketing consultant for Mozaic Concierge Living, building on a long-standing relationship with Mozaic Senior Life that began years before the current community took shape. Greenbrier has supported the project from early planning and financial modeling through design, sales and marketing, development and financing.
Greenbrier Senior Living, an affiliate of Greenbrier Development, will co-manage the community alongside Mozaic Senior Life once operational, extending the partnership from development through opening and beyond.
