Development and Stabilization Completed at The Spires at Berry College

Greenbrier has concluded its comprehensive development and marketing services for The Spires at Berry College in Rome, Georgia, having sold 98% of its 170 independent living units and establishing an occupancy rate of 95%. Greenbrier continues to provide community management services, as it has since the community opened. The Spires is a private, gated community on the Berry College campus, and serves as a thriving example of a successful university-based retirement community through its partnership with Berry College.

Enso Village Approaching Move-in Date

Enso Village, created in partnership between The Kendal Corporation and San Francisco Zen Center, is excited to begin welcoming residents to their Zen-inspired life plan community in Healdsburg, CA starting October 31, 2023. Greenbrier is proud to have supported Enso Village since its inception by providing comprehensive planning, development, and marketing services.

Stabilized Occupancy at Viamonte at Walnut Creek

Viamonte at Walnut Creek, a CCRC sponsored by Sequoia Living and constructed in 2020, has achieved over 90% occupancy as of July 2023. An innovative aging-in-place model, Viamonte consists of 174 independent living apartments, 8 assisted living suites, and 11 memory care assisted living suites, all within a walkable, mixed-use development. Greenbrier has supported Viamonte through planning, development, and marketing services.
