Repositioning provides you with an excellent opportunity to rediscover the value in your senior living community.

Before anything happens, however, Greenbrier believes the first step in any repositioning process is to evaluate the current position of the existing facility. Based on this evaluation, you may need to add or strengthen components of their community. While some cases may only require simple changes and renovations, others may require a complete tear down and new construction effort.

Part of the modern outlook of CCRC’s is the prime importance of a residential feel. Your facility may require only cosmetic alterations. However, your facility may require much broader changes in order to eliminate the institutional environment that has evolved over the years.

This repositioning process affects your senior living community as well as the community surrounding your facility. Strong leadership is needed to communicate the proposed design to neighbors and facilitate healthy conversations regarding the plan for the future. While spirited dialogues can occur, we must stay focused and work to keep all parties satisfied with the design solution. As the design moves forward to the construction phases, the well being of the residents is of the utmost importance. Minimal disruption to their daily lives must be achieved.

Greenbrier’s goal is to guide everyone in the transition phases of the project, to get everything and everyone back to normal as efficiently and effectively as possible once the new space is complete.
