Federation CCRC Development, LLC, a subsidiary of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County (the “Federation”), is developing the Sinai Residences of Boca Raton. Greenbrier worked with the Federation to craft a Development Plan that would meet market demand as well as achieve the Federation’s goals.
Sinai Residences will be developed on 22 acres of land located on the Federation’s campus and will feature premier accommodations and services. Sinai Residences will be applying to the State of Florida to operate as a Continuing Care Retirement Community. The approximately 600,000 square foot community is proposed to include 232 independent living apartments, 48 assisted living apartments, 24 memory support suites and 60 nursing beds. Greenbrier is providing development and marketing services for the community.
