Plantation Village, located in a quiet, wooded setting in the Porters Neck Plantation area of Wilmington, North Carolina, is the only continuing care retirement community in the Cape Fear region.
Greenbrier is working with Plantation Village to improve its campus amenities through replacement and renovation of its primary common areas and a 33-unit independent living expansion. Following the repositioning, Plantation Village will include 247 independent living apartments, duplexes and cottages, and the campus will be well-positioned for additional growth and repositioning initiatives in the future.
