Elder Care Alliance engaged Greenbrier to reposition the Mercy Retirement and Care Center located in Oakland, California.
Mercy currently consists of approximately 84 assisted living units and 22 memory support units located within a six-story tower, and 59 skilled nursing beds located adjacent to the tower. The redevelopment efforts will provide a new skilled nursing facility, memory support program and assisted living tower renovation.
