Greenbrier is engaged to reposition the 50-year-old campus of Eden Hill Communities in New Braunfels, Texas. The campus currently consists of approximately 178 skilled nursing beds, 24 assisted living rooms and 58 independent living cottages. The redevelopment efforts will re-craft and re-brand the campus into a modern CCRC environment with a final product mix of approximately 90 state-of-the-art, independent living apartment residences, 37 assisted living suites, 24 specialized memory care suites, 149 nursing beds, included a brand-new 40-bed rehab and therapy wing, and 52 remaining cottages. New common areas and amenities will be constructed including a new wellness/fitness center. Construction is scheduled to begin in first quarter 2012.
Greenbrier, with The Society of St. Johnland will develop a 50 acre site to expand and reposition the St. Johnland Nursing Center into a state-of-the-art CCRC in Kings Park, New York.

Federation CCRC Development, LLC, a subsidiary of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County (the “Federation”), is developing the Sinai Residences of Boca Raton. Greenbrier worked with the Federation to craft a Development Plan that would meet market demand as well as achieve the Federation’s goals.
Plantation Village, located in a quiet, wooded setting in the Porters Neck Plantation area of Wilmington, North Carolina, is the only continuing care retirement community in the Cape Fear region.
Elder Care Alliance engaged Greenbrier to reposition the Mercy Retirement and Care Center located in Oakland, California.
TownCreek Retirement Community is a nursing home in Huntsville, Texas that is moving its operations to a new site and replacement campus. The campus currently consists of approximately 85 skilled nursing and rehab units, located in a dated physical plant that does not allow for optimal resident care.
