Greenbrier is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing for their client, Lavender Mountain, LLC.  Lavender Mountain is an affiliate of Berry College, a small liberal arts school with a rich history in Mt. Berry, Georgia.  Lavender Mountain is developing a continuing care retirement community on the picturesque campus of Berry College and is assembling a top-tier sales team to introduce this amazing community to Mt. Berry, Rome, Georgia and the surrounding region’s residents. The sales leader who takes responsibility for the sales & marketing of this exciting new endeavor will have the ability to work with a top-notch team.  We are looking for someone who possess a participative style and who can get enthused to fully use their gifts and abilities towards our noble mission.  For those who share our passion for people, we offer substantial personal growth.

The Director of Marketing for Lavender Mountain’s community will perform all aspects of sales & marketing for this premier lifestyle community to include networking, sales, advertising, public relations and community events.  This career is for a high energy, experienced sales professional with a proven track record in leading a sales team, educating the market, building relationships, and the ability to close the sale.  As Lavender Mountain launches this major undertaking, this is an ideal opportunity for an outgoing individual who demonstrates initiative.

The successful Director of Sales & Marketing will:

  • Have five years experience in leading successful sales forces;
  • Possess the ability to inspire trust in prospective clients, team members and other stakeholders;
  • Be results-oriented;
  • Have direct experience in working with the creative and strategic process to develop effective promotional campaigns in conjunction with advertising agencies;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, internet tools and database management software; and
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or similar work experience

Arielle Porter has been the Assistant Office Manager for Greenbrier Development since January 2016. She focuses on the details of day to day office operations and tasks, including administrative support for the team and office account management. Prior to joining Greenbrier, Ms. Porter spent three years as a luxury retail professional in Dallas, Texas, where she was responsible for building and maintaining client repertoire, scheduling appointments, meeting sales objectives, and administrative support. Arielle received her Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising from Wade College in 2013.

Morgan LaCombe has been the Office Manager for Greenbrier since April 2011. She is responsible for day-to-day operations to ensure the office runs smoothly. Ms. LaCombe also helps with corporate marketing, coordinating conferences, event planning, and market research. Prior to joining Greenbrier, Ms. LaCombe spent over 5 years as an administrative assistant for a wardrobe consulting company in Fort Worth, Texas where she worked directly with the owner of the company and was responsible for all the company’s marketing, scheduling, client communications, event planning, documenting and more. Morgan received a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising with a Business Minor from Texas Christian University in 2006.

Paige Allen joined the Greenbrier team in May 2016. She is responsible for producing monthly development cost reports and facilitating the construction draw process for Greenbrier’s development clients. She also assists and provides support with Greenbrier’s corporate accounting functions. Before joining Greenbrier, Ms. Allen attended Sam Houston State University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2015 with a degree in Accounting and earned an MBA with a minor in Accounting in 2016 from Texas A&M-Commerce. Ms. Allen is currently working towards attaining her CPA certification.

Brian Boushka joined Greenbrier in March 2016 and is responsible for the coordination of planning and consulting services for clients as well as the coordination of financing activities. Before joining Greenbrier, Mr. Boushka Attended Southern Methodist University and earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance. During his collegiate career, Mr. Boushka was a summer analyst with Denali Asset Management, a boutique hedge fund, where he aided portfolio managers in tracking current positons of and analyzing possible investment opportunities. Mr. Boushka, was also a summer analyst for Atlantic Trust, a private wealth management firm, where helped manage the accounts of high net worth individuals and families. At Atlantic trust, Mr. Boushka also worked with the CEO, by analyzing acquisition targets in new markets to help inorganically grow assets under management.

Katie Andriotis joined Greenbrier in June 2014 and is responsible for the coordination of planning and consulting services for clients as well as the coordination of financing activities. Ms. Andriotis was exposed to the senior living industry at a young age and spent countless hours volunteering at local senior living communities in her home town of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. During her collegiate career, Katie worked in the programming department for Savannah Court in Oviedo, Florida where she was responsible for the coordination of resident activities. She graduated Cum Laude with her bachelor’s in Health Services Administration with a focus in finance from the University of Central Florida.

There he worked in the Audit practice and across various industries including Asset Management, Energy, Manufacturing, and Financial Services. At Greenbrier, Mr. Donachie is a Senior Associate in the Planning & Finance group responsible for consulting services, market research, financial analysis and forecasting, as well as the coordination of financing activities for clients across the country. He earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting and his Master of Accounting from The University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS.

Peter joined Greenbrier in the Fall of 2016 where he is responsible for the coordination of strategic planning and consulting services for clients as well as the coordination of financing activities. Prior to Greenbrier Peter was an Associate with Crow Holdings Capital – Investment Partners working with high net worth clients. At Crow he was responsible for monitoring and creating asset allocations for various family estate structures analyzing risk, return, and liquidity requirements. Peter has a Master of Science in Finance from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Trinity College, CT.

There he worked across various industries including Healthcare Operators, IT Manufacturers, and Multi-System Operators. At Greenbrier, Mr. Holder is a Senior Associate in the Planning & Finance group responsible for consulting services, market research, financial analysis and forecasting, as well as the coordination of financing activities for clients across the country. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX and his Master of Science in Finance from the University of Virginia.

Alice Lin joined Greenbrier in 2015 and is responsible for management, planning, and design coordination of several new development and expansion projects across the country. She brings over four years of experience in sales, marketing, and project management at Onex Real Estate Partners, a real estate private equity firm, with emphasis on luxury high-rise residential projects. Prior to joining Greenbrier, she launched a rebranding and marketing campaign that successfully turned around a distressed asset into the #1 best-selling project in New York City of 2013. She also managed the pre-development design and coordination efforts of three high-rise condominium towers with 800+ units. To date, she has been heavily involved in over $1 billion worth of real estate development. Ms. Lin holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Minor in Real Estate Finance from Cornell University.
